Can you post items to the U.K. ?
It is now possible to post some items to the UK. Please contact me directly for costs.
What payment methods do you accept ?
I accept Paypal, debit and credit cards
Do you accept returns ?
Yes, I do, so long as the item is in perfect condition.
Please contact me within 10 days of the receipt of the item.
All returns are at the cost of the customer and must be carried out by registered and tracked post.
Please note that any refund will be for the total paid for the item but will not include shipping costs.
Will I be charged any import fees ?
Depending on where in the world you live, this may be the case. However I can not give you exact details as these are set by each countries own tax regimes.
Can you gift wrap items for me ?
I most certainly can. If you let me know the details of the recipient and the occasion I will wrap the gift for you and include a gift card.
How are my purchases mailed to me ?
They are sent by Laposte with tracking. In the event of non delivery of a tracked parcel it will be the customers responsibility to seek an outcome with the local postal service of the destination country.
